What you're buying

Each purchase is a license to use one XpressDev mod on a single Minecraft server, delivered as a Discord role that unlocks the mod's download channel. Licenses are per server: running the same mod on additional servers requires buying an additional license for each one.

What you can't do with it

The license covers running the mod on your own server. It does not allow you to share, resell, republish, or otherwise distribute the mod or its files to anyone else, whether for money or for free, and whether privately or publicly.

It also does not allow you to decompile, deobfuscate, reverse engineer, or extract the mod's code or assets, or to use any of that - including by feeding it to an AI tool - to produce a derivative, rewritten, or "re-created" version of the mod. Selling or distributing such a version is a breach of these terms regardless of how much of the original code it ends up containing.

Breaking any of the above ends your license immediately and permanently. That means removal from our Discord server and loss of access to every mod download channel, including mods you paid for and any future updates to them.

Sales are final

Due to the nature of digital products - the mod is available to download and keep the moment your role is granted - all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies once checkout has completed and the role has been assigned, whether or not you go on to install or use the mod.

If a purchase went through but the Discord role wasn't granted, that's a delivery failure on our end, not a change of mind - contact us and we'll fix it.

Free mods

Mods offered at no cost are claimed once per account. This doesn't involve a payment, so there's nothing to refund.

Access and support

Access is tied to your Discord account and the role it holds in our server. If you simply lose access to that Discord account, the license itself isn't affected and we can restore your role on request.

Being removed from the server for breaking its rules is different: that ends your license along with your access, and neither is restored. The same applies to any breach of the terms above.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to secure the Discord login flow. Neither is used for tracking or analytics, and both are cleared when you log out.
